Our group of seven came here to celebrate my grandmother’s 85th birthday while family was visiting from out of town, and it could not have been more perfect. The service from Austin was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed on such a special occasion. The food was beyond amazing. The white truffle garlic bread and meatballs are a must-have for appetizers—absolutely delicious! For the main course, I had the chicken parmesan, which was cooked to perfection, and we finished the night with the tiramisu, a light and tasty dessert that everyone enjoyed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to celebrate. My grandmother had a fantastic time and couldn’t stop raving about the experience. We will definitely be coming back. This was my family's first time dining here and being able to reserve well ahead of time was such a great thing especially for big days like Christmas. Our server, Jorge, was fantastic and attentive to our needs during our dining and made the experience great. I think the only fault I can find was the odd experience being seated outside vs seating inside when we could visibility see available tables on the 2nd floor, but for special days like Christmas I'd imagine their systems and table coverage was stretched. Last night our meals were superb, the specials of the day were creative and delicious. For the past few years we got bored with their menu, with no creative offerings. Last night for an appetizer we had squash flowers stuffed with ricotta, and lightly fried. They were amazing! One of the specials was Maine lobster over freshly made bucatini pasta with a creamy sauce, it was outstanding! Others in our party had the eggplant parmigiana, which is always great, and the cioppino which was very well prepared with an abundance of seafood. We don’t know if there is a new chef or not, but improvements were definitely noticeable! Even the bread was better…. We arrived early and were welcome to take photos of the beautiful restaurant and grab a drink at the upstairs bar. My husband had a California Cab and I had a berry Mojito, a special on the menu. The mojito was the best I have ever had! What a great start! We were seated at a quaint table for two and provided water and rolls immediately. We ordered the Volcano Roll for appetizers and it arrived very shortly after. The roll was 6 pieces and I wish there were more because it was so delicious! We ordered our entrees next, I ordered the Blackened Ahi and my husband had the Petite Filet. Both arrived quickly and were presented well. The Blackened Ahi was absolutely fantastic and my husband’s filet was melt-in-your-mouth good! We had the privilege of speaking with Chef Bruno one more time. Brian was so delightful to talk to and engaged in conversation with us. We never felt rushed, and after we ordered the soufflé (definitely order this early in your meal), we were told it would take 20 mins to make. It seemed like it was just minutes and it was at our table. This was the absolute best dessert we have ever had! Our meal was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the restaurant was decorated in the holiday spirit. Such an awesome experience!
