Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine.     As always an incredible meal at Tavernetta. Went in for a snowy Monday dinner and had a cocktail each, split an app, and two plates of pasta. A light dinner but perfect, and what we were looking for. One of the pastas could’ve benefited from another 5-10s, but with fresh pasta, who cares. Delicious!

    Went here for Valentine’s with the hubby. The atmosphere was intimate and lovely. They gave us a rose, there were rose petals on the table, and the other patrons were all having their conversations at the same level so there was just a nice quiet mummer over the restaurant. It was so nice and the food was terrific, it was the first dinner in months where neither of us felt drawn to take out our phones. The energy was just right for us to feel like being engaging with one another. 10/10 would (and most likely will) dine again.

    Bar Red made for a great Valentine’s Day date night. Cozy and quaint atmosphere. Spinach Artichoke and bread appetizer, Chicken Parmesan, Traditional Carbonara and the Lemon Drop Martinis we all incredible.
