The Genoese recipes need special mention because they were outstanding. We had Ravioli de Borrrages & Mortadella Au-Tuccu with Beef & Porcini’s Ragù, Cheestnut’s Trofiette with Pesto Genovese DOP with Green Beans and Potatoes and various focaccia to start.
