However, we were delighted with the Breakfast Pizza and the Vegetable Cassolette. Both were incredibly delicious. The drinks were also great - Mimosa, Negroni Caffe, and Old Fashioned.More infoPacini - BanffPrice: Moderate• Italian• Banff•4
- SSyreenaCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe sat upstairs for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted kindly by what seemed to be the manager and he brought us to our table. The server was wonderful, he has a great script down for his service and I absolutely loved it. Although I didn’t catch his name, he gave great recommendations, expressed passion points, and made our meal lovely. We shared the spicy rigatoni and the pepperoni pizza. I have never liked the foot at a restaurant more than I have here, it was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. The only thing I would say is that it gets pretty cold upstairs. maybe investing in a space heater for the winter would be great. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!More infoLUPO Italian Ristorante & PatioPrice: Moderate• Italian• Banff•4.8

Served with tapenade which provided good flavour, but difficult to consume with the arancini. A spread may work better. Fried chicken: flavourful with long lingering heat from the Calabrian chili, balanced with sweetness from honey. Lasagna was cooked to perfection. '50layers' then grilled to provide the perfect crispy texture. Highly recommend. Gelato: star of the show. Creamiest Gelato I've ever consumed. Would go back multiple times per week to enjoy that bliss. Ambience: tastefully done, fine details throughout with memorabilia relating to other BHC venues. Lighting, decor, glassware, are top tier. A warm and inviting space. Service: our server Julie displayed a wealth of knowledge. She provided recommendations, a friendly persona while exemplifying professionalism. Managers checked in, and were very welcoming. Price: great value for what you get, especially if you go for happy hour. - CCateVIPCalgary / Southern Alberta •13 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoHIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We booked for our anniversary because we heard such amazing things about the restaurant and it did not disappoint AT ALL. First the food- we ordered the Focaccia (of course you just need to get this if you are dining Italian) , elk meatballs and the mussels. They did not AMAZING, the flavours and the balance of the dishes were on point! If i had to pick one i would say get the elk meatballs! For mains we got the gnocchi and the black linguine wow the sauce- based on other reviews saying it is a "small portion" I genuinely have to say it is your normal serving for Italian restaurants and the price is 100% justified for its components. Now for service- The level of care and service is beyond amazing, our server Kevin and i believe the manager were superb !! Kevin made our night a breeze for sure! We will be back for the brunch and to try other dishes dinner from the dinner menu.More infoThe Fat Ox of BanffPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Banff•4.8
