Best Indian Restaurants in University Area

This is, without doubt, the best Indian Fusion restaurant I have found in Vancouver. I am also blessed that I live close by, so I can enjoy it more frequently. The chef is highly skilled and the dishes akin to haute cuisine Indian. The food presentation is really outstanding and bested only by the tastes, which are surprising in the most positive ways. If you want to reawaken your jaded palette, this is the place to go. Service is first rate and extremely cordial. Ambiance is certainly a cut above the chicken curry and chips restos, but will doubtless elevate as these people get the attention they deserve to increase their capital invested. A definite 5 * Thanks guys!

The food and service were top notch. By far my favourite. The quality of the chicken meat in the butter chicken is outstanding. I love that the meat is tender, moist and juicy. 👍😊

Great first visit, food was very very tasty Drinks great as well, the NA pink lemonade was tart tho a small portion maybe 8oz, could be larger but very tasty 3 shared plates, a white fish would have been nice, I don’t eat salmon and am allergic to shellfish. Those few choices were the meat proteins on offer The Halloumi and spiced beets were standouts for us!

Open on Christmas day, did not know what to expect. Reasonable prices. Comfy ambience though it was getting busier. Everything tasted great. The best was the butter chicken. Took the leftover sauce home. Would like to try again, but with friends instead of family, as well as test drive some cars beforehand (nice neighbourhood of dealerships).
