- NnicholasCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoDuring my recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying the Lamb Barbacoa Biryani and the Octopus Sopecitos. The Lamb Barbacoa Biryani features basmati rice, saffron, mint, and a roti seal, serving 2-3 people. The Octopus Sopecitos consist of blue corn sopes topped with Chettinad-style fried octopus, spinach, and som tum. would do these again and again! The ambiance at Mirra is warm and inviting, reflecting elements common in Indian and Mexican interior design. The menu is designed for sharing, with a focus on small plates that blend flavors from both cuisines.More infoMirraPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Bucktown / Wicker Park•4.7
- CChee-KengChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoExcellent service once I got seated. Wished the front desk was a bit more engaging. The drinks and dishes are really really good. Classic south West Indian dishes transformed and reinterpreted by the chef without losing their core essence is thoughtful innovation. There is a sad lack of good Indian restaurants in the Chicago area, unlike major cities like London or NYC or even LA these days. ROOP is certainly transforming the culinary dessert with its take on south Asian cuisine!More infoROOP ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Indian• West Loop•4.6

- LLaurenChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoI went to Bar Goa for the Chicago Restaurant Week menu/deal and everything was delicious. My favorite dishes were the Shrimp Kolidwada starter and the Malwani Fish Curry main dish. Both were spicy and delicious! The Mango Lassi was also the perfect drink to start the meal. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, as well. I would highly recommend!More infoBar Goa-ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Indian• River North (Chicago)•4.4
- KKristineChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoKama kept true to its promise, authentic Indian flavors, in a modern setting. Its offerings for Restaurant Week were amazing. You wouldn’t have gone wrong. Started with Chicken Lemon Tadka, a burst of lemon creaminess. Lamb chop Madala did not disappoint, either. Bourbon Gulab Jamun was my perfect ending. For my date, app was Goan Mussels Curry, which was generous in portion and has wondeful sauce to dip your naan in. Sous Vide Beef Short Rib was the star of the show, fit for a hungry king, and ending ithe meal with strawberry and mango ice cream in legit Asian flair. Wait staff was attentive. Lively ambience.More infoKAMA – Wicker ParkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Indian• Bucktown / Wicker Park•4.6
