Best Grills in Jamaica Plain

Dined here Christmas evening. Limited holiday menu. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of food and the good service. Despite the restaurant being very busy due to the festive season, the food came quickly, and our server was attentive to whatever we needed. It was certainly great to have such a fine restaurant on site at The Dagny Boston.

Food was excellent and service even better from Abraham a real credit to restaurant. Usual international flavour to guests being Christmas Day but staff coped superbly and never missed a beat.

This was our first visit to La Brasa. Wish we had tried it sooner. We started with the oysters, which were excellent, followed by the duck empanadas and potato w/mushroom starters, which were also great. For our mains, we had the pork shoulder and a steak dish, both of which were cooked perfectly and delicious. We wrapped up with the chocolate mousse and flan desserts, which were a great ending to a wonderful evening. The bar drinks were creative and tasty. Our server (Ryan) was terrific, and the overall staff was attentive throughout the evening. We'll definitely be going back.

Fantastic waitstaff! Great meal too. The potstickers were great. The mahi mahi was a little spicy and good too.
