- AAnneDenver / Colorado •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a delicious dinner. Since we had 5 of us, we were able to sample quite a few dishes. Our favorites were the beet salad, the rockfish tom kha, the short ribs and a papparadelle mushroom dish. For dessert, the chocolate hazelnut pie and the carrot cake were amazing. Our server was great and the dishes were served with just the right amount of time between the courses. The only negative was that we were somewhat close to the front door and since it was a cold night, every time the door opened, we felt a cold draft (we kept our coats on). A vestibule would really help.More infoRoot DownPrice: Expensive• American• Highlands•4.8
- JJacobDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoNate was a phenomenal server, especially for Valentine's Day. We were running a bit late due to the weather and getting parking but that wasn't an issue. The salmon was seasoned to perfection, the quinoa's texture couldn't have been better, the zuccini, squash and tomatoes were flavorful, and the sauce was divine. Raspberry vodka was definitely an attention-catcher that led to a carafe of it, which we'll be back for another and to try more flavors. The grapefruit was also enjoyable, just not as tantalizing, but there's certainly something for everyone.More infoRed Square Euro BistroPrice: Moderate• European• Downtown / LoDo•4.8
- CClydeDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe experienced a Valentine's Day dinner at AMBLI DTC. In short, amazing! Doug, the manager, was our server and I can't imagine how he could've made our visit better. From his knowledge of the drink/wine paring to the pace at which our courses were served, he was amazing. The others involved with bringing the food, keeping drinks/water full, crumbing the table, and resetting between courses were also fantastic. We always enjoy being greeted by Jimmy when we enter and appreciate him stopping by our table to inquire our experience. Chef's food preparation, presentation, and sequencing was very well thought out. The dishes certainly complimented each other and attention to detail was obvious. Experiencing the food, as Chef intended, was a delight to the palette. We've been to this restaurant a number of times and it's always a spectacular culinary and service experience. Every visit is a reminder to what the culinary world should be and, personally, revives my respect and appreciation the experience the front and back of house do to create a more than memorable experience for the patron. Can't wait to return!More infoAmbli DTCPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Tech Center / Greenwood Village•4.9

It was a specialty 4 course Valentine’s Day menu, by my girlfriend and I were very pleased with the choices and look forward to taking another night out at Linger to try the rest of the menu.More infoLingerPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Highlands•4.7
- MMartijnVIPBerlin •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 11, 2025Lovely food. Was packed on a Monday night. It all looks like a rather regular Italian place, until... you start eating the food. Somehow they have infused some Indian flavors into the Italian cuisine, making for a fantastic unique dining experience. Service was great, ambience the same.More infoSpuntinoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Highlands•4.8
