The Manor provided an exceptional experience for our group of eight from the moment we arrived. The venue was beautifully decorated and radiated a festive atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and ensured we were well looked after until it was time to be seated for our meal. Every member of the team was helpful, polite, and attentive, showing great care in handling our food and drink orders with precision. The management went above and beyond to make our visit even more special, both during and after the meal. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff’s consistent check-ins added to the seamless experience. It was evident that their shared commitment to excellence stemmed from the leadership and professionalism of the management team. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the evening, which was filled with fantastic entertainment, fun, and laughter—all made possible by the outstanding efforts of The Manor’s team. Warm welcome. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good size table provided for party of four. My wife is coeliac and this was very well catered for without any fuss. Food was excellent! Can't wait to return. Thank you.

Friendly and efficient service and excellent food and drink.

A very cosy environment and a busy atmosphere gave the Fleece a really nice buzz. There was some big tables in enjoying Xmas work meals and so we were advised that service may be a little slower but in fact everything went very smoothly. The staff were all very friendly and professional despite being busy All the food was delicious, the service excellent and the choice of 0% beer very good! Portions were decent, there were some nice ‘gastro’ touches like the crisp chicken skin accompanying the Chicken Schnitzel and the truffle mayo. And the Tiramisu was stunning! All in all, great food, friendly service and a cosy venue

Back to its best! This is how I remember The Fishes ….. fantastic food, the best staff, and a buzzing atmosphere! Lovely Sunday afternoon with a great roast. The staff even offered extra Yorkshire puffs…a very lovely touch! Thank you. We’ll be back… soon!
