Best Gastro Pubs in Hildenborough

Good food, generous portions, excellent service. Scotch eggs were a highlight.

A refreshingly different menu using seasonal ingredients. We enjoyed everything we ordered which was more filling than we had expected. (Had to take some home in a doggy bag). Quite expensive for what we had but I am slowly getting used to having to pay more, quite a lot more, in good restaurants these days. Service was excellent and ambience was great.

A beautiful pub with lots of space. The food was really good but best of all the service was fabulous. I highly recommend it. It was the best service we had in London, even compared to higher end restaurants. Went with a party of 6.

Very nice place and the staff were brilliant. The food was also great and we enjoyed the place and general atmosphere.. we will do it again.

Loved the experience but meal was a bit ruined by adding heavily fishy broccoli as a side to a beef cheek dish. We didn’t realise the side came with the fishy topping. :( Thought the portions of main were small for price point. Charming staff and really glad we visited! Thanks!
