- SSaraNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWent for a special birthday - Hector our waiter was lovely. Seating was by the window as requested. The restaurant had a special Birthday Menu congratulating the birthday celebrant. Service was relaxed but attentive. lovely wine service with a special old dessert wine. We had shared appetizers, and scallops , cod, and trout. All nicely prepared and presented.More infoThe Marine RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• La Jolla•4.7
- SShereeSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWith Flora being open for less than a month, I expected some hiccups and things still being worked out. I was pleasantly surprised - from the moment we walked up to the moment we left everything was timed perfectly, staff was friendly, without being overbearing, and there were no mistakes in our orders. We arrived a little before 1 pm and the patio was packed (dog lovers - your furry friends are allowed) and inside where we were seated was full except for our table and one other. The crowd size did nothing to slow the staff down. Water and coffee were served immediately, orders taken and we had a short wait for food. We ordered the salmon benedict (My son loved it) a caprese sandwich ( my daughter raved) and I had the chilequiles (delicious and whatever the green sauce was, it was amazing). I also loved the coffee they served and they were happy to share the brand. All in all one of the best dining experiences and a happy surprise for somewhere new!! Staff deserves a 10 our of 10.More infoFlora - North ParkPrice: Moderate• American• North Park•4.6
- DDominiqueSan Diego •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoService was spectacular! Also the seasonal menu is so well executed. The food comes out exactly as described in the menu and tastes great. I really have no complaints other than, if you’re trying to catch up with friends it’s a tad bit noisy for table conversation.More infoBanbu Sushi Bar & GrillPrice: Expensive• Seafood• La Mesa•4.5
- EErickaSouth Carolina •15 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Mothership is an experience. From the entrance, decor, service and food. I truly enjoyed the donuts. I also had the noodles and tofu. If you’re alone you’ll be seated at the bar. I believe it was the best seat in the restaurant. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d try their sister restaurant too.More infoMOTHERSHIPPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• North Park•4.8
- JJorgeSan Diego •7 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024Food and drinks were outstanding and the pacing of it all was equally great (meaning staff didn’t just dump all tapas at one time). The drinks were their signature creative spins on an espresso martini and piña colada that were both delicious and unique. Music would not have started until 8PM but we had to leave for the Light Show at Botanical Gardens.More infoSAGOPrice: Expensive• Asian• Encinitas•4.3
