The restaurant staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were well attended to. The food was excellent and the service fantastic, meeting all of our expectations. We were seated promptly on arrival and were not rushed in any way. There was more delectable sweets than we could come close to finishing, so staff kindly boxed and bagged the treats that remained.More infoFive Sails RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• French• Downtown•4.8

The food is divine, the menu has many favourites along with new items and the service is always amazing. (Merci Alexander!) My only wish is to have vegetables served with my meal. I had the tenderloin in a gorgeous peppercorn sauce. Next time maybe I need to read the menu better to see if we should have ordered sides. It came with pommes frites but I wishes it had some vegetables. I also enjoyed the mushroom soup to start and my husband had the endive salad which looked impressive and the special Beef Wellington served with asparagus. For dessert we had profiteroles with generous chocolate sauce. 5 star experience! Merci beaucoupMore infoLe CrocodilePrice: Very Expensive• French• Downtown•4.7

My advice is to go after 5:30 & miss happy hour.. a lovely French bistro!More infoTableau Bar BistroPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French• Coal Harbour•4.7
