The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Our server Freddie was excellent - knowledgable, attentive and really funny! Food was consistently very good among our four diners. Highlights: mushroom crepe (recommended by Freddie) and veal entree. Only issues: Beef Wellington was a little underseasoned and rack of lamb needed more sauce on the side. But that's quibbling! LCF remains the same: friendly, comfortable, and unpretentious - we look forward to returning very soon!More infoL'Auberge Chez FrancoisPrice: Very Expensive• French• Great Falls•4.9
- RRimaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe visited La Grande Boucherie during Christmas day. - restaurant looked very festive and cozy. - live music - food 4 stars out of 5. Oysters were amazing. french onion soup was ok, but nothing special. I ate FILET MIGNON and it was really good. My husband had STEAK FRITES and said it was nothing special, not going to eat it next time. For the desert we ordered PROFITEROLES it was tasty and alot! Overall experience was nice, we will come back!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.4
- JjenniferVIPWashington, D.C. Area •115 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEt Voila continues to be a welcoming restaurant with quality food and wine/bar choices. I appreciate a restaurant with a good chateauneuf-du-pape by the glass! The carbonnade and our other main course selections were excellent, with the fries always outstanding. My mom loved her baked escargots. The floating island and chocolate mousse are our constant go-tos that never disappoint. The interior room was a bit hectic for an early seating but we put that down to it being Christmas Eve.More infoEt VoilaPrice: Expensive• French• Palisades Northwest•4.8
- JJaneLos Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a wonderful evening tonight at Julii. We ordered burrata, French onion soup, Alsatian tart and scallop crudo for appetizers. For mains we had the trout and the scallop risotto. Everything was excellent. The ambience was lovely, service was perfect - very attentive without being overbearing. Burrata is hard to mess up so of course that was great. The tart while good didn’t live up to the hype. It was still very enjoyable! It’s not so much of a tart as it truly is more of a flatbread pizza, but still very good. The trout was tasty and the scallop risotto was very nice. For me, the stand out dish was the scallop crudo -very bright and refreshing flavors. We had a great time and I would definitely come back again!More infoJuliiPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• North Bethesda•4.7
