- DDr . Alexander J .Washington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe enjoyed every aspect of our dinner at the Willard Cafe Du Parc. The customer service was extraordinary from the hostess to the restaurant staff waiter Martin, the Manager, the Cheff, everyone went well beyond their call of duty to make our experience an excellent one. I am eternally obliged. Every item we ordered from the menu were outstanding. No complaints whatsoever! It was a special occasion for us and the staff made it very very special for us. The hostess even called me in advance to ask where we would like to sit! That is what I call customer service excellence! My hats off to the Willard Management team for holding such unbelievable customer service and care and quality of staff at the highest levels. We will be back again. Thank YOU! All the staff, from the maitre d to the bartender to our waiter to the support start were friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic and the prix fixe selection was generous. Such a lovely evening! Thank you!More infoLa BisePrice: Expensive• French• Downtown•4.7
- CCoreenWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024Unlike many DC restaurants, Macon is quiet and relaxing. The servers are very pleasant and they don't pressure guests to free up table space. I always enjoy what I order.
