- OTOpenTable DinerLincolnshire •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI brought my neice for her 8th Birthday and it was a super special experience! Really made me feel like I got to show her a tiny piece of Tokyo. Obviously it is a themed restaurant so that is what you are there for. The food is ok but also plated so fun and creative that it made every dish that came out something to look forward to. The server was above and beyond in her hospitality and her costume was amazing! Highly recommend for a special occasion.More infoSUSHIDELICPrice: Expensive• Sushi• Little Italy•3.9
- JJaimeVIPNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024Insignia is by far my favorite restaurant! Tonight we dined with my in-laws. They complicate every dining experience. Our waiter Anthony was kind and patient with them. He was attentive to their requests and needs and made for an amazing experience. They enjoyed themselves as did I. The food was excellent like usual. Wine and cocktails wet the pallet. We started with the calamari which has a delicious miso lime vinaigrette- sooo delicious. In addition, we had the applewood smoked bacon. That was a lovely experience watching it be torched tableside. Our appetizers were comprised of wedge salads, Caesar salad, and tomato and mozzarella. Filet mignon was cooked to my desired temperature, while the mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and mac and cheese added to the richness of our plates. Let us not forget the cheesecake and donuts!! Cappuccino and hot tea to end a deliciously perfect meal! Thank you Anthony for a quality experience!! I’ll be back with friends!!More infoInsignia Prime Steak & SushiPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Smithtown•4.7

Once you sit at the counter, you will become a regular, like me. The fish is the freshest, the preparation is meticulous, the variety of textures and flavors memorable. Also an excellent accompanying sake menu.More infoSushi RyuseiPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Murray Hill•4.8

The food was decent and the service was very professional and courteous, staff were really friendly and welcoming. We went there for our friend’s birthday celebration and when they found out it was a special occasion they bought a complimentary dessert which was a very nice touch.
