Best Fine Cuts Restaurants in Pacific Beach

Lou & Mickey's is a traditional steak house restaurant with a unique in-house drying chamber for aged beef sold by the ounce. The fine-dining, white tablecloth experience was only slightly lessened by the paper table topper. Service here is from experienced staff. Our server had been there for 30 years. The layout of the restaurant offered a variety of spaces including outdoor and bar-style environments in addition to indoor booths and tables for small and large families and groups. The menu is pricey but consistent with other high-end establishments in the area. The location is at the entry to the Gaslamp Quarter directly across from the San Diego Convention Center. Though it was not very busy when we visited, this is the kind of place where a reservation would be useful due to the quality and location.

Excellent restaurant with a very good menu and wine selection. Servers are professionals and know their stuff. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience. The staff were spectacular, the food was amazing, the ambiance, incredible. It was an anniversary celebration for us and the service blew us away, from the personalized menu to the amazing attention to detail by all the staff. A very happy experience all around. Food and service are always very good. Good wine selections however small list of local wines and some Argentinian wines. Very good quality steal cuts and chorizos.
