- TTHOMASSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat restaurant for a casual upscale dinner. It has a new chef and I am hopeful it does well. It uses farm to table concept and this time of year there isn’t much farming in the area. That concept will function better in the spring and summer, IMHO.More infoCollette’sPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Escondido•4.8
- PPollyvipSan Diego •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat over-all with excellent service. Would have preferred a more varied menu with a couple of additional entrees- possibly a chicken option? and possibly a vegan option. Ceasar salad, bread and soup were very good~ and the flavored butters. A little chilly, but not bad considering is so open air inside. Savanah was a wonderful server xoxoMore infoHavenPrice: Expensive• Californian• Encinitas•4.2
- JJohnSan Diego •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMr. A's treats you like you are the only one they are there to serve. Food and drink are exceptional, not to mention the sunset view and continuous airshow. Excellent for a special occasion. - AAmbervipChicago / Illinois •352 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWhat an outstanding brunch experience - all the toasts are amazing with housemade bread. You need to get the chocolate babka and the basic breakfast is anything but basic, with pork belly bacon, sesame toast with housemade ham, herby potatoes and eggs your way. I’m surprised it’s not more crowded. Usually space for walk ins and right next to the Hillcrest farmers market.More infoCellar HandPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Hillcrest•4.8
