- RRuthvipCoastal North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoArden never disappoints. This little gem of a spot offers seasonal cuisine, French inspired, but completely accessible. Nicholas is AMAZING (he will provide you with some truly amazing wine pairings) and the chef's combinations are exquisitely balanced, creative, and palette pleasing. See the chef expediting at the small counter and knowing that everything will be perfect is an experience not often found at this price point. This is a place where we are made to feel valued and welcomed, and the food leaves you contented and excited for the next culinary journey. I cannot say enough good things about Arden.More infoArdenPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Northwest Portland•4.9
- SStephenGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024We had such a lovely meal at Noble Rot! The staff was so warm and welcoming, and repeatedly acknowledged our occasion. Food was fantastic, fresh, and innovative. Server was very knowledgeable and offered varying suggestions. Both my partner and I are longtime servers, so to be taken care of to this degree was refreshing for such a special occasion. The cocktails were unique, balanced, and interesting. If I had to provide any critique, and it would be hard to, I would say that the baguette appetizer could stand to be improved upon. As a vegetarian, though, finding dishes that play with texture, flavor, and ingredient can be fairly laborious, and Noble Rot did not disappoint there. Would absolutely return (and likely eat less next time to save room for dessert!)More infoNoble RotPrice: Expensive• American• Northeast Portland•4.8
- MMarilyn ElizabethPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024I cannot even put into words what a wonderful experience it was dining at Morchella. My partner & I came to celebrate our anniversary with the 7 course chefs tasting menu. From tip to tail, the experience was curated with intention, care, and passion. The ambiance is mellow, beautiful & intimate. The service was incredible with very knowledgeable servers & chef Cam going the extra mile to tell us the history of the foraged spices used in our drinks & food. If you are looking for an affordable fresh fine dining experience in the Portland area, Morchella is the place to go.More infoMorchellaPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Northeast Portland•4.7
