The Brussels Caesar salad is always a hit. We paired it with a citrus tuna appetizer that was so bright and fresh. The citrus really let the flavor of the tuna shine. For our meals we did the octopus ragu and a special that was spinach pasta with a spinach cream sauce topped with bread crumbs and parm, both were outstanding and the special should be on the menu regularly it was so good. We finished with a dark chocolate pot de creme and sticky toffee pudding, both were the perfect ending to a delightful meal

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Il Nido and it was an experience I’ll be raving about for a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the inviting ambiance. The warm lighting, tasteful decor, and soft background Christmas music created the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The food, however, was the true star of the evening. Every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. The octopus was an absolute standout, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The menu offered a great variety, with something to satisfy every palate, and it was clear that fresh, high-quality ingredients were a priority. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional value. I’ve heard such great things about this place and their steaks. So my friend and I went. I have to say I was really disappointed in the food. It was a Saturday at 5 pm, an early dinner for us, and we were the only ones in there. So it wasn’t like the kitchen was slammed. We both got the 7oz filet mignon. Mine looked good although her cut looked terrible almost like a steak patty where mine was nice a plump. The mashed potatoes were cold and again we were the only ones there. So a big disappointment and not a place I can recommend or want to go back to unfortunately
