- LLaurenVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe went to PARC for my son’s 26th birthday/Valentines Day. He and his girlfriend said it is the best meal they have had in Aspen! Bravo! The menu doesn’t reflect the elegant preparation and presentation of each course. You will be pleasantly surprised with every bite. Our salads had the perfect balance between tangy and sweet with lots of interesting textures that melded together well. I wish the salads were bigger. We had the beef tenderloin and the salmon which were cooked to perfection. The sauces and sides added flavor and details usually found at gourmet establishments. The homemade ice cream is smooth and flavorful without the bits of ice found in some less experienced makers. I tried my son’s bourbon sauce on my brown butter ice cream. It was delicious. At the end of the meal we were presented with some homemade jellies and chocolate covered strawberries. Yum yum. We will be back!More infoPARC AspenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Aspen•4.8
