- SStephenVIPLas Vegas •37 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI visited Steak about 10-12 years ago, had a good meal, but thought it was somewhat pricey for what we experienced. However, this 2nd visit was exceptional. From the service to the food, and all in between, we enjoyed ourselves. We were seated and greeted shortly by our server, Dennis. Thank you, Dennis, for a great experience. You were friendly, helpful, great suggestions and helped form a complete experience. Half dozen oysters, with some side sauces that I've not had before. A Buffalo-type sauce added a nice flavor with extra spice was my favorite. Their Onion Soup had an English-flare, but a delicious flavor and nice presentation. Their Caesar Salad was great with enough flavorful dressing, but not too much. We both had what I called the 'meat sampler'. The official name was Trio of Beef which included the Japanese Wagyu, American Wagyu, and their Prime steak. Wow! I've not had Japanese Wagyu before, but it was so flavorful and just melted in your mouth. It was 2oz portion of each and plenty to enjoy. You have to order a couple sides. We had their Mac & Cheese, and Asparagus - both we had to take home, as we got filled up quickly. Overall, a great meal experience. And while it was pricey, definitely worth every penny.More infoGordon Ramsay Steak - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.5
