Best Continental Restaurants in Poncey-Highland

This is a gem of a restaurant tucked into a Brookhaven strip mall. Our group of six was looking for quiet restaurant to be able to talk, laugh and enjoy each other. We got that and more. Our waiter was personable and professional, we got the outdoor feel of patio dining with indoor warmth (okay, there was a coolish breeze but it was overcome with heaters all around) and the food was inventive and delicious - from appetizers to salads to main courses. Then there was dessert, which everyone said they would be too full to eat but we ordered them anyway. My wife and I are already talking about going back to try more of everything.

It was a somewhat slow night however it made it much more intimate with Eduardo providing the music. We had the Chilean Seabass, and the lamb chops, which were both outstanding. It may have been the best poached fish I have had. Service was good.

The Betty is absolutely beautiful. It is located inside the Kimpton in Buckhead. The walk from the entrance of the hotel to the restaurant sets the mood- cool, fun, laid back, yet upscale. I've visited before and my take is the same now as then-AMAZING STAFF, beautiful decor, great bar, and pretty ok food. I do highly recommend the Betty for a catch up. You won't want to leave. It is a gem.
