Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Highlands Ranch / Lone Tree

Everything was great from the wine to the pasta. We enjoyed our dinner and service was excellent.

Beautiful dining room with an old-school dining experience. Wait staff is attentive and friendly without being intrusive (thank you, Spiros) I had farfalle from the specials menu, with mushrooms and steak in a Gorgonzola cream sauce with truffle oil-so good! Our Caesar salad was simple but fresh and delicious. Others at the table had the seafood pasta and risotto and everyone enjoyed their meal. Last, their tiramisu is fabulous. The only thing I didn’t love was the wine menu- it’s presented on an iPad, making it difficult to see all your options. You have to scroll and scroll and scroll… annoying, but far from a deal-breaker. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Our first (date night) but surely not last incredible evening at Barolo Grill. The food and cocktails/mocktails were excellent (we each had the 4 course tasting menu). We sat and ate at the bar where Emma took great care of us. A+ service. This fine dining establishment perfectly balances elegance with a feeling of “just our local neighborhood spot.” Lighting, noise level and space are nice for both a date or group. Thank you Team Barolo!

Spectacular service and inspired, delicious food Four of us dined at Tavernetta and shared everything, Everything was delectable, and here are a few of our favorites. The ravioli - melted in your mouth Pasta al forno - was gnocchi baked with several different cheese, a treat that was both light and had substance Bronzino - beautifully presented and cooked perfectly The service was sooo good - wait staff described dishes with complete food and preparation knowedge, and steered us to the right number of dishes to order. All the servers were gracious, personable, and always available without hovering. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the V-day special and always love their pizza and OG Pizzeria salad. Highly recommended
