Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Boulder Station Hotel & Casino

I had an awesome experience at Giada’s restaurant at The Cromwell. I am celiac and they have so many wonderful gluten free options to choose from. The server was very nice and answered all of my questions. We started with the bacon wrapped dates, which were incredible. I had the signature lemon pasta dish with gluten free pasta. Definitely the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. And we ended the meal by sharing the Nutella cheesecake. I don’t even have the words to describe how delicious that was. I can’t recommend Gaida’s restaurant highly enough. Will certainly be going back.

We enjoyed the restaurant very much. The prices are very reasonable. The dining starts from waiter bringing two carafes with wine (red and white). The portions are quite big, so, if you don’t want to overeat. You can share one main dish. Reservation is strongly recommended, especially at weekends.

Taylor was the best!!!!!! I was HANGRY and she flipped that! lol She was so knowledgeable of the menu! She paired us with the right wine and appetizer. Explained my meal very well. Her suggestions went beyond my expectations. I believe the Manager’s name is Rick, he was great as well. We got in right when they opened and he made sure we got our water to start, they work well as a team. Also hats off to the Chef that prepared me Sea Bream!!!! The highlight of the meal was their chicken Parmesan—it was cooked to perfection, with tender, juicy chicken, a crispy, golden crust, and a perfectly balanced marinara sauce topped with melted cheese. It was nothing short of amazing! The Farro salad was equally incredible. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, with just the right mix of textures. Every bite was a burst of wholesome goodness, and I couldn’t get enough. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Fantastic experiences and delicious food. We ordered the shrimp appetizer special- 6 large fresh prawns grilled then served on steaming hot rocks with salsa verde and melted butter sauces. A bottle of wine-wide selection from myriad Italian regions. Chicken cacciatore and pasta dishes. Did the Amaro tasting with the delightful sommelier. Pricey but then everywhere in Vegas worth its weight is. Recommend!
