- CchristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 29, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed the special dinner and wine tasting at BPPK, featuring the fabulous wines from Diablo Paso. Enrique Torres, the award winning winemaker, was a delight to talk to. He shared his passion for the wines he produces in the Spanish tradition and explained what went into the creation of each of his unique wines. We especially loved his Max and Nico and the albariño. It was a wonderful evening and chef Pettersson paired his menu perfectly with the selections. These monthly wine events are a fantastic way to learn about interesting wineries and sample the chef’s always amazing cuisine. If you haven’t been to By Patrik Pettersson, you are missing a Sarasota culinary treasure.More infoBy Patrik Pettersson at KomposePrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Sarasota•4.6
