Best Contemporary British Restaurants in Newick

Overall it was very nice but we didn’t understand why the waiter told us we couldn’t have the champagne that we had selected to have with our afternoon tea and could only have Prosecco. It was an option on the menu however, they were unable to serve it to us. The waiter mumbled something, we thought he said they couldn’t open a whole bottle of champagne for two glasses.

Dinner at the Ivy Brighton was amazing,from our starters to the dessert…you couldn’t fault anything… The atmosphere was buzzing…service was superb..a brilliant night was had..

Lovely place with different little areas within the rooms to suit different group sizes. We had a group of 5 and the food was excellent. A good range to suit all tastes from pie or fish and chips to venison, smoked carrot or pork belly. All beautifully presented with amazing flavour. Service was excellent with lovely, friendly staff. A great experience especially as it was for my birthday
