Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Whitehall

First time at the restaurant. Made reservations through Open Table. Service was very, very good. Many times, we were checked on and promptly our orders were taken. I had the duck, and my wife had tuna. Excellent courses and the desert was really good. Creme Brule. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. The windows looking over the river and city were great part of the 7th floor experience.

My new favorite restaurant in Bethlehem. I love the ambience, the visual aesthetic, the atmosphere was warm, inviting and lively at the same time great job on that! it was my first time at Edge but the atmosphere felt very mature and pleasant. The food and drinks were fantastic! bar tenders definitely know what they are doing, friendly service from all the staff. I love the crystals and artwork the built into the aesthetic made the atmosphere very enjoyable for me. I had the filet mignon, and the crab cakes which were both delightful. You have to try the Broad Street Manhattan!

Abby, (Management) and Jasmine (my fabulous, friendly Waitress with) et al..I can't say enough about their courtesy, constant attentiveness the ambiance, the gastronomical pleasure, the fact that me, myself and I were overwhelmed with the feeling of plenty of self-love. It did not matter that my date could not make it on this particular socially interpreted holiday. It was a night that melted my heart in so many wonderful ways. I am sharing this experience with everyone I know and whomever I meet. A perfect place to enjoy for all of your plans. I am looking forward to the "CHEERS" feeling again and again. This was no coincidence. Enjoy!

Food and service is great. Old world setting with a great selection of food and drinks

The Crab and Corn Chowder is phenomenal! It is chock-full of deliciousness. It’s a very hearty soup that can almost double as a meal with the fresh and hot dinner rolls. The House Salad is also a great choice. The pickled strawberries and the goat cheese combined with the crunchy texture of the walnuts makes your mouth very happy. The dressing is not overwhelming either. You won’t leave the restaurant hungry even if you just get the soup and salad. That being said, we have enjoyed their main entrees which are also delicious, fresh and filling. Our server, Mark, is a genuinely nice person who seems to really enjoy his work. Ask to be seated in his section if he’s available. You won’t regret it!
