- LLynnSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI had a party of five for the afternoon tea and I have to say it was amazing! Our party consisted of three adults and two children and everyone enjoyed the audience and the food and the special attention immensely! I could not recommend this location higher for afternoon tea. I am a huge fan of tea and this was the best one I have ever experienced! The food was delicious and the service outstanding. The location inside Neiman Marcus is absolutely beautiful and such a perfect place for a lovely afternoon! Amazing beautiful presentation on the beet salad, delicious beef tongue app and beef cheek stuffed pasta. The manager Scott is one of the best and most gracious. And the new addition to the bar with Joseph has totally made a huge difference. His passion and expertise has leveled up the overall Torc experience. I usually do all of my food and beverage pairing, but I trusted him to create some cocktails based on what he thought would go good with the meal and he over delivered.More infoTorcPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Napa•4.7

- SSharonvipSan Francisco Bay Area •51 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at Wit & Wisdom. The restaurant really made us feel special. It was one of our favorite dining experiences ever. I only wish I didn't have a larger-than-planned lunch beforehand so I could eat more. I started with a smoky bourbon cocktail which hit the spot on a cold rainy evening. The octopus and chickpea dish was warm and savory with a spiced broth. I ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. It wasn't as a sticky and rich as the one I had in England years ago, but it was a nice end to the meal. We will definitely be back. I just wish the restaurant opened for lunch so we can go more often as a day trip.More infoWit & WisdomPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Sonoma•4.4
