Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Clifton

The absolute best halibut dish I’ve ever had! Not even close. I finished every bite and can honestly say this is by far the most flavorful, tender, perfectly cooked meal. You have to have to even begin to understand just how good it is! And on top of the incredible meal, the service provided by Nev was off the charts. Her attention to detail and personal touch makes you feel like family. This is something you have to experience to appreciate just how good it is.

Wow! Very nice place! I have to call it a local hidden gem because if I hadn’t learned about Trummer’s Restaurant via word-of-mouth, I may never have had the opportunity to experience such delicious food! Quaint location, romantic atmosphere, and outstanding service and attention to the small details sets this place apart from most. We celebrated our anniversary there and the entire experience capped off a very memorable day!

Quick and pleasant service- best doughnut I’ve ever had!

Food was absolutely phenomenal. Our wait staff was incredible and friendly. The manager walked around and was talking to tables. Wish I was a local so I could come here more.
