    Because today February 17th, 2025 is a holiday, they didn’t offer the lunch specials. They stopped offering to take and bake . 2 strikes, and the 3rd strike they took eggplant parmesan off the menu . Those are the exact reason we chose Maggiano’s . Out server was nice, and felt bad for us.  Not the best experience today. A comedy of errors.

    Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.

    Friendly server (Tad). Reminded me about my Landry’s card. Patient with our ordering, then had our appetizer out quickly, entrees arriving at just the right time. Tad (server) engaged us with some Forrest Gump trivia (appropriate for Bubba Gumps), which was a fun end to the dinner. Will definitely visit again on next trip to Vegas.
