It’s 20 degrees out and we’re at Pot au Feu having a piping hot bowl of the best Onion Soup you can find in New England. Wonderful melted gruyere cheese over a perfectly sized French bread crouton with onions and a tasty steaming broth. Of course, we had our usual Pot du Chocolat for desert with coffee. Our waitress Antigone guided us through a great meal with a bottle of nouveau Beaujolais.More infoPot au Feu BistroPrice: Expensive• French• Providence•4.8

At the end of the night he received a nice Christmas gift from us for his great service.More infoPalmer River GrillePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Warren•4.7

Cherrystones were fresh and the scallops we good but a little salty. Have visited the bar on the second floor which is nice and cozy and great for alcohol infused coffees but is hard to catch open. Definitely on my list of favorite Newport restaurants.More infoMidtown Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Newport•4.4

I don’t think I’ve had a better meal or dining experience!!! Our waiter was phenomenal, he knew we were going to the theater as was every other party in the restaurant, our cocktails and meal were served at a perfect pace. We so enjoyed the dining experience and we had more than enough time to make the show. We’re still discussing which was better the dinner or the show 😁More infoThe GeorgePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Providence•4.6
