Best Cocktail Bars in Blackhawk

Great food and portions, attentive staff. We split an entree-sized roast beet salad and a funghi misti pizza - perfect for two. My reservation was for 6:45pm but we got hungry early and asked if we could be seated early. They set us up on an indoor table fairly quickly at 6pm. The noise level is moderate, but we were able to converse normally.

This place is so aesthetic with mood lighting, high ceiling, and a buzzing atmosphere. Service from Makaela was top notch fantastic on Galentine’s (2/13)! We need more people like her. Cocktails were good. I got the Crimson & Clover (refreshing) and my friend got the spicy Tree of Life. Food was plated beautifully and the only complaint was saltiness for the pasta, pork chop, and mushrooms. We let them know. Flavors were delicious aside from that. They serve complimentary amouse bouche (savory cone with steak tartare & caviar that day), a palate cleanser to sip on (chilled honey citrus liquid), and even mini waffle bowls filled with chocolate ganache. So many nice surprises! We ended the night with sweet, hot n freshly fried loukomades beignets with honey, nuts, and angelaise cream hand poured table side. Excellent experience!

Wonderful experience at Mr Tipples - including terrific Dim Sum and wonderful music from the Emily Day Swingtet! Service was excellent and they accommodated early arrivals in the heavy rain.

such a fun time! music had me dancing. drinks were so good and the fries were bomb! i was treated ice cream for my birthday and it was soooo yum. y’all need to come here fr!

Their cocktails are outstanding, the food is good and design to share. The lounge chairs are built for people of height 7’ so that’s something to consider when planning the seating.
