Best Cocktail Bars in Pearl City

Alex was an excellent bartender. Cocktail menu is delicious, Alex really knows what he’s doing. Food was delicious as well. We had the Pork buns, roasted squash, and chicken and waffle. The brown butter sauce on the squash was very nicely done and added a ton of flavor. Chicken and waffle didn’t have a traditional waffle, the potato base was an excellent riff to make it a dinner entree. Hope to be back soon!

We split 4 appetizers: 1) Marlin dip,2) Roasted Shiseido peppers, 3) King Crab Endive Salad and 4) Beef lettuce wraps and we each had a special drink from Happy Hour menu! It was alll delicious, beautifully presented and in a stellar ocean view setting! And then we had dessert ... Choc Mousse for me and Rice Pudding for my friend! The perfect topper to a lovely evening! Now I know why Minas always gets great reviews! I'm lucky to live 15 mins away so will be back often!

Great view, went for late lunch on Christmas Eve. Service was slower than what I had expected. Took advises from other diners so ordered mushroom lasagna and it was great. House salad was also great. Would go back for the ambience.

We really enjoyed our visit. Bacon candy was amazing Hamachi was also The beef brioche seemed a miss. It was 98% brioche and 2%beef. Could barely tell there was any beef at all. The only other thing is the empty plates cluttered our space ( at the bar) and we're not removed until we paying the bill. Towards the end of the visit we felt like we were left hanging. The waitress finally came over and gave us a water refill and took care of the bill for us. Again over all we had a great time. Everyone was friendly. Just a couple small things that could be easily managed.

So fun! We went for the Christmas pop-up and will be back for the regular seating as well. Delicious food, amazing drinks and super sweet staff.
