I had an old fashioned that was probably the best I’ve ever had—smooth, balanced, and packed with flavor. If you’re not sure what to order, just tell them what you like, and they’ll whip up something amazing. The food was just as impressive. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the menu—everything was fresh, flavorful, and plated beautifully. Service was spot on—friendly, attentive, but never overbearing. Our experience, at Three Cats, was barely short of perfection. I particularly would point out the Mushroom Bisque and the Champagne Chicken, but everything on their menu was delicious. The ONLY criticism I had was the limited wine list offering. But the Sauvignon Blanc was as superb as the meal. The service was excellent, as well. A hostess even offered to take a Valentines photo for the couple seated next to us. All and all, a delightful experience!
