The owner engaged with us which was a nice touch. The one thing that would help is better descriptions of the ingredients and prep in each menu item so that guests have a better idea of what they’re ordering. My husband ordered a dish he frequently chooses at other Chinese restaurants, and the prep and ingredients at PL8 were much different than what he was expecting. I love that they have a dedicated vegan menu. The Vegan Emerald Gyoza was my favorite! The Honey Bourbon Sesame Tindle sandwich was super creative and tasty! We enjoyed the vegan Buddha’s Garden sushi roll. The yuzu orange sauce was the only thing that wasn’t exciting in flavor.
