Best Chinese Restaurants in Four Seasons Hotel

Service was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The host says immediately greeted and walked me to my seated reservation. I was promptly greeted by someone to get our drink orders. Our server was amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant. She knew the menu. She had some great recommendations and she was on top of things while taking care of multiple tables for a very busy Sunday night. Our food was amazing. All in my party were raving about how scrumptious our meal and appetizers were. You can tell our sushi was fresh and our food was cooked to order. Great follow through with the staff to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. Overall, I’m super impressed with the level of service and will visit this establishment again in the future when I visit Vegas

The food was great and the service was top notch. There is a reason Lemongrass stays booked. If you can get a reservation here, you will find out of this world Thai food. Everyone we dealt with was truly amazing.

We had a reservation for 7PM, got sat within five minutes of the reservation time. They were turning all walk ins away because they were completely booked. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter Alfred was charming and diligent, everything just as we asked and checked in on us every time we were served (we ordered a lot of dim sum). The woman helping to refill waters and bus the tables was a complete machine, my water was never empty and watching her clear our dishes and the tables around us was truly impressive. We went for food of the highest quality, but what really makes me want to go back is the service we received. My girlfriend and I agreed that it probably was the best dining experience we’ve ever had.

Food was very good and service was excellent. The combination of two made for a nice setting for a dinner date. Complimentary cheesecake in honor of my wife’s birthday was a very nice touch.
