The dynamite stuffed chillies were a showstopper, bursting with just the right amount of spice and flavor. And the beef ribs? Wow. Tender, succulent, and seasoned to perfection, they left us wanting more. Their cocktail menu was equally impressive—creative, unique, and packed with flavors that complemented the meal beautifully. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into curating a truly distinctive dining experience. We’ll *definitely* be back soon to explore more of the menu. Our visit was nearly perfect, though I do have a small suggestion. The restrooms left something to be desired and seemed to experience high traffic, likely from non-dining visitors. It’s a minor point but worth mentioning. All in all, Kaldero is a fantastic addition to Dublin’s food scene. Highly recommend!

Overall experience in this restaurant was great although some elements of the food could have been hotter but flavours etc and choice are phenomenal. Well done in creating a great space with great staff.
