Best Californian Restaurants in Novato

A very nice place for a delightful lunch in one of America's most beautiful urban parks.

Just go here, everything was incredible and delicious.

Nopa was a fantastic experience - haven’t been back for a decade and the food and service are as I remembered. Accommodated a seating request and a late guest arrival ; service was friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional. Best porchetta ever tasted; agnolotti was juicy; fried chicken was addicting. Great desserts; good bar experience. Won’t wait so long to return again. Parking is a challenge; take ride share and avoid the stress.

The service is the prize here at State Bird. My friend has true celiac disease and the care that the servers took to make sure we knew exactly what he could order was wonderful. There were plenty of options and the food was delicious.

Everything we ordered was delicious. King Salmon, Rock shrimp pasta and frittata were all hits. Earlier got some tapas like olives, hummus and especially recommend the ceviche. Will be back to try some other things on the menu like the pizzas.
