- OOscarBaja California •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoPretty pricey, just about $300 for 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes and 2 drinks with tax and tip. The food and service were great though and the place is beautiful.More infoMadisonPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• University Heights•4.4

Our server, Max (second time he was our services staff) is GREAT! The manager, Alex, visited our table more than once. Greatly appreciated. Lovely restaurant for a casual meal. The Mission Valley site has rapidly become our go to restaurants for a casual meal and relaxation.More infoGravity Heights Mission ValleyPrice: Moderate• American• Mission Valley•4.8

- DDebSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner at La Gran Terraza on the campus of USD. Delicious duck confit for me & husband had the surf & turf with filet mignon & lobster. Fabulous desserts too. Our server, Jack, was great. Terrific personality. Only issue I had was the service was pretty slow. I believe Jack was a little inexperienced, but with time, he'll be a top server! Looking forward to many more delightful meals to experience for special occasions. It was thoughtful of the manager, Rose, to come to our table to see how everything was. My husband mentioned to our server Jack that his filet was cooked more to medium instead of medium rare. An extra glass of wine was comp'd & enjoyed by me! Thank you, DebbieMore infoLa Gran Terraza - University of San DiegoPrice: Moderate• Californian• Mission Valley•4.7

They do have an outside but it was raining so we ate inside. Had Peach and basil Mimosas. Very yummy. Blueberry and lemon pancakes, Chilaquiles Verdes and The G.O.A.T. Excellent all of them. You can't go wrong. Get in here.More infoMadiPrice: Moderate• Breakfast• Kensington•4.7
