Brewtown came to be through a group of Sydney coffee professionals coming together to deliver a stunning café in a beautiful industrial space in Newtown Australia. We won awards, made plenty coffee, influenced the Sydney brunch scene and had a great time doing it, but our roots remain planted in roasting coffeeOur coffee combines the best of tradition with the best of modern roasting and brewing science. Every coffee bean that passes through our doors undertakes an incredible journey to get here. From the farmers to the graders, the merchants to the cuppers, each cup of coffee tells the story of hundreds of people working together across the globe with a common goal: great coffee.

Fantastic foodi and dining experience tonight at bills at Bondi Beach. The food was so fresh and beautifully presented on the plate. Such tasty, amazing fish curry and crispy salmon fish. Our wait staff were brilliant, especially Axel who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We will be back !

Love this place. Not sure why in Australia businesses ask for tips especially in a country that has fair work Australia especially in a time when the cost of living is so high. It just creates an awkward silence when the option is created. That said my friends who were from Victoria and had their flight delayed. We were thankful they held the table. They loved the food and raved and look forward to coming again.

We ordered coffees which were great and breakfast eggs benedict which were lovely, but the shukshuka was not good, It was not thick enough and it was very dry and overcooked. The flavour was good but should not have been served. It could have been a one off, but I would go back and try again if i was in the area.
