- TTomLondon •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI have wanted to eat here for a while and got the chance this week. It was everything I had hoped for and more... Seasonal menu with great choice and the cookery absolutely on point. What's lovely is that there are four courses with choices on each course which works for me better than a tasting menu where the diner doesn't have choice. Everything I had tasted and looked amazing. You can tell its based on classical French roots...the core ingredient is the star and is not 'messed about with'. The associated sauces, garnish, textures all compliment it. Great wine list and a very good range of wines by the glass which works well if you have four courses with the choices supported by knowledgeable but unpretentious sommeliers. Good food is one thing but its the service and ambience that makes a restaurant you want to return to. I definitely will be returning whenever I can. Fantastic food and wine in an elegant but unstuffy environment with knowledgeable, cheerful and perfectly attentive staff. Thank you!More infoTrinityPrice: Very Expensive• European• Clapham•4.9

- SSueLondon •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe opted for the seasonal set menu….it was delicious. The Turkey Ballotine and the shepherds pie was delicious, my husband really enjoyed the shepherds pie saying it was rich & full of meat. I was going to order the snowman pudding which was served under a cloche and when lifted, wafted smoke/ dry ice …… love the theatre but it looked quite big so we went for the chocolate bomb …. delicious. Really lovely restaurant, the staff are all very friendly and the whole place was very festive. Lastly, it was our wedding anniversary… when we’d finished our meal our server came over with a chocolate profiterole with Happy Anniversary written on a chocolate square… lovely little touch. We would definitely come back here…. we really enjoyed our experience.More infoIvy Cafe, WimbledonPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Wimbledon•4.3
