Best Breakfast Restaurants in Thornton

I recently visited Eat! and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the extensive menu, which boasts a wide variety of dining options to suit every palate—from innovative twists on classic dishes to bold international flavors. The service truly enhanced the experience. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and eager to offer recommendations. They ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout the meal. And the food? Simply outstanding. Each dish arrived perfectly executed, bursting with flavor and presented with a keen eye for detail. It's clear that Eat! takes great pride in both the quality and presentation of their food. Overall, Eat! offers a dining experience that combines a diverse menu, exceptional service, and top-quality dishes. I can’t wait for my next visit!

We visited Denver from Chicago and had Mimosas on our list of dining options due to the high ratings. Unfortunately, there were no tables available during our visit but, the awesome manager Alexis went above and beyond and was able to squeeze us in.!! We are extremely grateful that she did because we had a wonderful dining experience! The food, service and vibes were excellent and I highly recommend Mimosas!!

Great experience. Had to wait and were offered a free app for having to wait beyond reservation time. Great food, great vibes, fantastic service.

Great place. One minor thing - seemed odd to me that all patrons were seated on one side of the restaurant when the whole other side was wide open…was a bit uncomfortable. The area wasn’t so large that the servers would have to walk that far if the patrons were spread out more. It would have made sense if it was busy, but it wasn’t. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wonderful neighborhood breakfast/brunch gem! We weren't sure what to expect as it was our 1st visit, but we were very pleased with the food & service. Not a fan of how the waitlist program works, but we were seated quickly.
