Best Breakfast Restaurants in Kerrisdale

Very nice place with good food and music. The menu offer just a few vegetarian options what makes our New Years lunch a little challenging. Also from 3:00 to 5:00 only appetizers. The attendant was very helpful and nice.

Provence is a wonderful place. The food is always superb and the service great. It is a treasure. The seafood is the best in town, always fresh and cooked to perfection.

New Year’s Day brunch! Eggs Benedict, smash burger and all of the accoutrements were delicious. We dined here the night before as well, and brunch was just a perfect way to start the 2025 new year. Our server was lovely and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Story Cafe, and I must say, it was an absolute gem! As someone who grew up locally but now only visits once a year, discovering this restaurant was a delightful surprise. I first came here for brunch with a friend and was so impressed that I immediately decided to bring my family back for dinner. When we arrived, we encountered an unexpected situation where another group had taken our reservation, claiming to be us. Despite the mix-up, the staff handled the situation with utmost grace and professionalism, quickly resolving it and ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding—every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. My friends and family all thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and the experience was nothing short of memorable. I truly hope that the exceptional quality of food and service remains consistent, as I can’t wait to return on my next visit home. Highly recommended!

The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.
