Best Breakfast Restaurants in Drexel Hill

Most beautiful restaurant in Philadelphia! The views! The lighting! Amazing! The food was just okay for brunch but the dessert bar made up for it! I always love the vibe and service when I dine at SkyHigh!

The food was so good! I was apprehensive at first bc I didn’t even know what half the words were on the menu. But after googling a few words the menu was less daunting. Everything just had such wonderfully intense flavors. Even things I don’t typically like, like artichokes were made so uniquely delicious. I had swordfish skewers over walnut pesto with a zesty Greek yogurt and it was excellent. I asked the bartender what special cocktail I should try when my go-to is an old fashioned. He recommended an Islay of Beauty which was a pear/orange interpretation of an old fashioned and was fantastic.

The food was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostess came over to check on how we were liking to food - particularly the octopus was delicious. And the manager Amex over and brought my daughter a complimentary cornbread (yummy) as my meal came out before hers. Would definitely go again.

11.21.24 Our server was the best part of our visit to Founding Farmers! Her name was Casey D. and she just made us feel so great for being there, at the right time! There were so many people and we thought it might not be the right time but she said please don’t worry. All these people have been served, or their order has already been taken, so we are ready for you! They served us great food and really quickly and we were able to see our movie on time, and we were so grateful! We really just wanted a super green healthy large salad to split and that was the $18.50 all good green salad! Has so much in it! And then my friend wanted to have half margarita pizza and half plain tomato pie and— that’s exactly what the kitchen did! It was perfect, because we had the best of both worlds! That pizza was only 17.99 and it was a thick Sicilian style! But also crispy corners! My friend absolutely loved it! Then we had a great memory of the pan fried potato pierogies, —but it now comes with a spicy dipping sauce, that’s a little bit sweet, and very hot—but I think next time we would get it, not pan fried, but just steamed, with some butter, salt, or sour cream. We forgot to ask… but the pierogies are just 4 for $9.99… never realized that they are $2.50, per each! We got the potato ones… Such a good food memory! This pre-movie snack was just perfect, and it did not break the bank! Also, on the way out as we thanked them, we found the most delicious box of caramel cookie chocolate! Next time we should try the chocolate mints… Looking forward to coming here again! I also remember the purple and black kale salad being really good and we were thinking about it But we were full with all the food that we ate… It was perfect timing for the movie ! Had a wonderful time at the Streetlight Kitchen for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The food was good but the outdoor seating option was fantastic. She really enjoyed herself.
