- NNataliePhoenix / Arizona •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis review is long overdue! Our visit to Terra Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse was absolutely wonderful. We had a great experience from start to finish, the meats were fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. The salad bar was amazing, with plenty of fresh options, but the real star of the show was the incredible variety of meats. Every cut was perfectly cooked, and we were pleasantly surprised to see salmon and shrimp included in the rodízio price. As always, we will definitely be back!More infoTerra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse - StamfordPrice: Expensive• Brazilian• Stamford•4.8
- TTerenceNew York City •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoNicely lit and decorated spaces. Long bar with comfortable stools upon entering. Seems they have a good Happy Hour M-F. Will have to check it out Everyone was dressed nicely, as the ambiance calls for. Drinks well made and on par pricewise. Escorted by personable hosts to table in dining room. Tables were spaced well. Ambiance of a high end steak house. Servers were attentive, efficient and polite. Manager Saul was involved and engaging. Noise level was quite comfortable, even with a number large parties scattered throughout the room. Small cheese puff biscuits provided on table is quite good. Centrally located salad and sides bar clean, fresh and on temperature. Nice variety as well. French fries and mashed potatoes are also available/provided. The mashed was good, but the fries, while hot and crisp, were coated. Not my preference, but not unpleasant. The tableside meat skewer service was very frequent and plentiful. The meats were hot and perfectly prepared. This night there was beef and lamb picanhas, bacon wrapped chicken, brazilian sausage, plain and spicy sirloin, filet mignon and flank steak. I had hoped for lamb chops and maybe another pork offering (other than sausage) but I was not disappointed in the least with the night's selections. The house Malbec was reasonably priced and very good. Dessert selections were not extensive, but nicely varied. Pecan pie, a chocolate mousse cake and key lime pie were some of the choices. The ice cream that accompanied the pecan pie was not too flavorful and not as sweet and creamy as one would expect. But the pie was spot on. The espresso was very good. Good coffee is a must for a venue like this. Joining their email mailing list gets you a certificate for $20 off your next meal and a birthday special offering as well. Interesting item was reading about their butcher shop on their website. While not on the premises (I dont think), you can order their signature meats for delivery or pick up at the location.More infoTexas de Brazil - YonkersPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Yonkers•4.7

- CChristianNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoeven though it was valentine’s day at 9:30 pm, the crew held it together considering there was a mildly unruly crowd of people at the entrance waiting to check in/be called to be seated. my reservation was at 9:30 and we only waited about 25 minutes (i’ve waited longer for worse) sat us promptly in excellent seats and immediately had the wine list ready for us to order. the calm demeanor of the staff was very comforting considering how absolutely bustling it was. it was my first experience here and i can say i’m very impressed by the service and the selections at the center ‘market table’*. countless choices of italian meats, cheeses, vegetables.. etc. although i couldn’t see any bowls for the soup, i was more than satisfied with the rest of the choices available. every meat in styles you would never think of were waltzed around the entire seating area, of which my date and i sampled all. the lamb steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly, you can absolutely taste the flavors of the meat itself without it being overpowered by seasoning, probably our joint favorite. although the filet mignon was a bit dry and overdone, it was small potatoes compared to every other selection of meat that emerged upon our table. each member of staff was very polite once again with the preponderance of meat selections. a side of mashed potatoes and two sides of pão de queijo were delivered with no request. overall i’ll give it an 8.1/10. guaranteed to make any date night into and extravagant event.More infoFogo de Chão - Huntington StationPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Melville•4.3
