- JJamieVIPCentral Kentucky •43 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIt was Christmas Day. We had reservations and were seated 35 minutes after our 6:30 reservation. We ordered drinks and they were out of several drinks. On the 3rd try 45 minutes after first ordering, my niece received a cocktail. The salad bar was exceptional. Because we were seated in a private room, it was slow getting any and all meats available. We had great service considering the chaos. Fogo de Chao should have limited the number of reservations to what they could actually reasonably accommodate on Christmas. Despite everything that wasn’t perfect, we enjoyed out dinner. Though for the price, I would definitely reconsider visiting on a holiday.More infoFogo de Chao - JacksonvillePrice: Very Expensive• Brazilian• Baymeadows•4.4
- SShannonLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoPaula was our server and she was amazing! Took very good care of us to make sure the meat men came around with the items we wanted, while having such a nice and calm demeanor for such a busy day. The food was of course incredible, as always. The only only onlyyyy thing I would say for improvement would be the fact that the floor in there is SOOOOOOO slippery. It’s not shiny or wet or anything, it’s almost like too soft or something, which I know is not anyone’s fault… but I was wearing heels and my mom had on flat sandals and both of us had to waddle around to make sure we didn’t fall… which felt super dangerous when walking with our plates from the salad bar, especially the ones with the hot food! There’s really no easy fix for that and I’m sure they’re aware of it already, but that just felt like a pretty big & dangerous part of the overall experience. I didn’t even want to walk to the restroom while we were there bc I was trying to minimize walking as much as possible for fear of slipping. Otherwise, I love this place!More infoTexas de Brazil - JacksonvillePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Baymeadows•4.4

The manager came to our table twice to make sure everything was on point...Ana our waitress was super professional and made sure we had everything we needed, at all times. The stuff was so friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. I can't express how impressed we were with everything! Hands down to management and everyone! Thank you for making our night special! We appreciate it! 🙏 Merry Christmas and Happy New years!
