- RRichardVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •78 reviews5.0Dined todayPhillipe and Ellen continue to offer a delightful French bistro with a menu offering variety and style. Richard Alexander has been a fan of Chapeau doing back 20 years when they first opened on Lake west of the Park Presidio before moving to Clement Street and am pleased that their success is mirrored with a full house on Friday night with everyone having a good time enjoying a genuine French menu. My favorite is Phillipe's cassoulet with large beans, duck confit and garlic sausage and a big bold Chateau Neuf. Vive la France on Clement Street. A very special place to enjoy and treasure.More infoChapeauPrice: Expensive• French• Richmond District•4.8
- NNadirVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •34 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoBon Delire does a great job of bringing a little slice of France to the Embarcadero. The decor and ambiance is decidedly very French, in a good way! The food is excellent and reasonably priced by San Francisco standards, the service is friendly and welcoming and the vibe is lively and fun! Highly recommend the deviled eggs, the escargot and the roast chicken but honestly, we loved everything we ordered! We can't wait to return!More infoBon DelirePrice: Expensive• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
- MMarlinaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •51 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe food was superb. Help with wine selection steered us to excellent choices. The restaurant is lovely and it was quiet enough to talk across the table even though there were diners on both sides of us. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.More infoIsaPrice: Moderate• French American• Marina / Cow Hollow / Presidio•4.8
