Topa (meaning "cheers" in Basque) brings a taste of San Sebastián's vibrant food scene.We’ve always had a fascination with the Basque region because of its wealth of incredible produce. As an importer, we’ve spent years forging strong relationships with some Basque producers and have organised many pop-ups to pay homage to their region.
