Been going to The Dava for dinner for a long time, never been for lunch before, I’ve been missing out ! Great lunch, very good staff and service and outstanding value for money .

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that transported us into an emporium of fantasy!!!! Whereby, we didn’t want the night to end !! We wanted to stay in wonderland of culinary expertise !!! Every bite is a symphony of flavours and every dish was a work of art, that kept on giving… Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's creativity and passion for food and love of his culinary expertise. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an unforgettable journey through the seasons.. Wow wow Wow !!! I don’t think any other restaurant would match what you have created !!! It is the best restaurant in Australia.

Equal to the best Italian food I have experienced. Classics with innovative twists but absolute respect to quality ingredients and classic flavours. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return. Homemade pasta outstanding. Excellent service. We sat at the bar so it was fun to see the chefs at work.

I had a memorable evening meal here. After stupidly eating a big lunch, I went for some lighter options. The oysters with mango and jalapeno were a gorgeous start, and the terrine was particularly good. Very respectful, polite service, friendly, and attentive without me feeling at all bothered. Nice decor and interesting art on the walls. I hadn't eaten Sturia Oscietra caviar before, but this was a special ocassion, so I splashed out. And I wasn't disapppointed. It was sensational - the kind of thing that makes you close your eyes and groan with each mouthful. The smoked sour cream was a lovely addition, though I went lightly with it to best enjoy the amazing melt-in-the-mouth feeling and complex flavour of the caviar. Without the aditional cost of the caviar, the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. I only wish I'd had enough appetite left for desert. Can't wait to return and try some of the heavier dishes.
