We were there on opening night. As one could expect, it was a bit hectic, with the staff dealing with a full house, first day jitters, some technical issues, and everything else that can come with the first night of a new restaurant. But the important things are already clear: the food is really good, the place feels and looks good, and the servers are well trained, friendly and know their stuff. The servers have electronic hand held devices on which to take orders, which are then relayed to the kitchen, which will save time and mistakes. The restaurant has a casual modern ambience, with several neon signs adorning the walls. It is quite loud, which can make the place feel energetic, but probably isn't the place for a quiet romantic meal. Food is top-notch with interesting choices, although not the biggest menu around, and could maybe use some more selections in the future, but again, this is written after opening night, and it may be a bit premature to be too picky about what could come going forward. Based on food quality and potential once they've gotten into their groove: five stars.

The assortment of food was abundant and the food was Simply delicious. We especially loved the crab legs and the brisket cut like butter. It was the best brisket I’ve ever had. I loved all the choices, from the clams to the lumpia, and the risotto, everything was outstanding. the lemon sorbet was the cherry on top.

It was our first time eating here. Our daughter lives in Las Vegas and recommended the restaurant. The hostess was delightful. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and plenty. It's a little pricey, but it is to be expected. All restaurants in hotels at the strip are expensive. Compared to other restaurants Beijing Noodle # 9 was on the more affordable side. People complained about the noise in reviews. We did not have an issue with noise, although most tables were occupied. On our next visit in the fall we will return.
